Preserve training open science by KNEIA

Save the date - PRESERVE Training: Distributing Knowledge - Empowering EU Projects with Open Science

Open science is a policy priority for the European Commission and the standard method of working under its research and innovation funding programmes. This approach enhances the quality, efficiency, and responsiveness of research.

By sharing knowledge and data early in the research process with all relevant actors, the latest knowledge is disseminated more effectively. Engaging partners from academia, industry, public authorities, and citizen groups in the research and innovation process boosts creativity and trust in science.

The Commission mandates that beneficiaries of research and innovation funding make their publications openly accessible and their data as open as possible, with necessary restrictions. This policy recognizes and rewards the participation of citizens and end users, ensuring that research outcomes are widely beneficial.

Join us for the PRESERVE Training: Distributing Knowledge - Empowering EU Projects with Open Science to learn about the principles and benefits of open science on 1 July 2024 from 10 to 11 AM CET.

The event is provided by KNEIA in collaboration with European Bioplastics.
